What is this? I'll tell you...I am so sick and tired of listening to the news and hearing a new story or new developments in suicide bombings, war, religion. It makes me want to cry knowing what kind of a world I live in and what kind of a world my children could live it. People say war is the only way to get people to listen, that killing innocent people is the only way to get thier point across...Can anyone see where this world is going?! My image may not be as dramatic as some pictures you may see, it may not be as complex, but look at it, read each word...just don't glance...Look at the angel...Who is she? She's a Guardian Angel...and she's crying...She's trying to protect someone or something and can't because the cruelity of the world is shutting her and her collagues out...Some of you may not beleive in Angels, I do...But consider her a mother who lost her baby, a sister who lost her brother, families torn apart by war. She could be your mother, or your sister...She could even represent a male in your life...you're father, brother, uncle, grandfather...I'm sure most of you can understand the imagery surrounding this picture, and I hope you don't take it lightly

Angel + Demon ~ Hell + Heaven
Yes....I do agree with you about the whole world basically going to hell bit. People nowadays are greedy and power hungry anymore. And they end up using agressive tactics in order to give the world "peace." The news is depressing, they always deliver bad news, why not the good news? Why not recognize more weddings, births, celebrations and all other forms of "good" news? Because people are stupid! Nya!!
I do fear for what the children - of the present and future - are going to have to live with when they are growing up. The only thing we can do is teach them to be good and be themselves, but not shelter them completely. I know ignorance is bliss, but sometimes if children know that the world isn't exactly a better place, it will be up to them to help make it better. Show them that there is good in the world though.
That's all I have to say now. I'll fave this piece because it holds such a strong message and it was very well done in how that message was delivered. Bravo job, Amai, bravo job!
